My studio seems to have a life of its own. It is constantly in a state of flux
as I move and reorganize its contents while I move from project to project. Today’s
photograph may not be remotely the same as a photograph taken next month. This
continually changing environment is usually my prime source of inspiration, in
part, I believe, because I am touching and rediscovering all the bits and pieces
of fabric and fibers that I have accumulated. While I am in my studio, I feel
energized and safe and more whole than when I am in any other place. And most
of those who have visited also feel the same way.
