My studio is in my backyard. I share it with my husband, Jeff, and cat, Tuffy. The building is divided in the middle with sliding double doors and heated in part with a Trombe wall that suits my succulents and me to a T. This fabulous space is a constant joy to me. Here is the space for my collections, dreams, treasures, and work. I can easily slip from shower to drawing, to yoga, to garden, to a book. One thing I love most about the studio: I am able to exhibit my work with textiles (mostly done by women) collected in travels to India, Mexico, and Turkey and from family and flea markets here. |
