My studio is a chaotic haberdashery of beads, textiles, found objects, and natural backyard finds. It does not appear to be organized, but everything appears when I need it. I’m inspired by seed pods, branches, colors, textures, and random happenings. My favorite aspect of my studio is it is outside of my bedroom, so I can work in a carefree, natural way, day or night. I have altars of iconic objects and pictures painted for me by children, pictures of childhood, incense, sculptures, and art from friends. |
